Those look more homemade than commercially available. I'd have to see those up close to even consider them....if it wasn't too far of a drive.

some ev 15" woofers sell for $350 each on the auction site. I would be in my car on the way to look. I would think that $200 without the tweets is a little steep though. ALso, make sure you open them up nd look see what is inside. Look at the crossovers too. If htese are ev, they will likely have the EV crossovers as well.

I also have to tell you tath those look much more frazierish, than ev. Frazier did use a lot of EV drivers in their stuff, so maybe that is what this is.

I'm inclined to think that the Fraizer suggestion might be right. I'm trying to squint enough at the picture to see what the midrange horn(?) is. If the tweeters missing are T35s, they are easy enough to replace.
Before I found my Valencias, I would not have thought twice about such speakers, but I've become kind of a fan, so I think it might be worth checking out.
