Do the empire turntables (398, 598, 698) play 78s or just 33s and 45s?

For the 598 it would seem that there were some that play 78's and some that don't. You can tell by looking at the platter....the ones that play 78's have a third set of strobe marks for 78RPM (in addition to 33 and 45).
