ESS speaker ID

Can anyone ID these ESS speakers? 5" 2 way & rear PR. Lost bidding on these speakers a while ago. Never knew the model. They look robust & solid.

I see the ESS badge on the grill, but other than that, nothing about those speaker looks ESS to me. Beats me.

It looks like it might be a 620 MM.

Different tweeter, but looks like that's the model. And the different tweeter looks like it's original, not a repair/replacement since no extra screw holes, and the baffle isn't routed for the square front plate tweeter in the brochure.

I'm pretty impressed that you found anything remotely close -- I was wondering if the badge didn't actually belong on the speakers, so you saved me from an embarrassing mistake -- though being wrong on speaker ids is common enough that I'd be in a large group. Have to rule out the incorrect answers to get to the right one.

Referred to as the "Mini Monitor" by ESS back when they outsourced the Performance Series (and the like) to a very small speaker builder, reported to be from Long Beach but... not really.
