I don't see here if the OP has made any choices. There is always an Air Motion Transformer (AMT) as an add on tweeter. There are lots of different types for sale on Ebay at any given time. Unfortunately, as with many add on tweeters, it probably becomes a bit of a DIY project as some kind of diving network will be necessary to send just the high frequency sound to the tweeter. Long time ago, ESS made this add on tweeter with a selectable xover at either 1K or 5K hz. There is a pair for sale right now on Reverb, but they look a little questionable, esp for the asking price. Something like this would probably work just fine. I also made my own pair from ebay parts and scrap wood.
The plethora of cheap, off-patent "AMT" drivers does offer an opportunity, doesn't it?
Heck, the little ones in the PE B652-AIR loudspeakers are the best thing (IMO) about those otherwise dismal little boxes
Many folks say this particular implementation is a bit tizzy, but they sound pretty good to my sexagenarian ears. https://www.parts-express.com/Dayto...okshelf-Speaker-Pair-with-AMT-Tweeter-300-651
EDIT: Come to think of it, it would be cheaper to buy a pair of the B652-AIRs and scavenge the tweeters than to buy a pair of the cheapest standalone AMTs that PE's selling!
