I find that they are all lacking in tomato sauce. I use a jar of Prego and brush it over the top and it makes a world of difference. If the cheese/toppings come off easily, I shake them off, apply the sauce, then put them back. I like the Tomato Basil Garlic for pizza sauce, but others may prefer different.
Rao's almost, almost makes making your own a waste of time. Mutti's is also absolutely wonderful!! Mutti's is a bit more basic but is wonderful for modifying. We actully havn't tried the Roa margarita sauce. We will typically add some white wine to white Calsico to elevate it a bit.

I've tried the Rao's sauce (not on pizza) and their pizzas and don't feel that they live up to the hype and the sauce is way overpriced for what it is/tastes like. I will look for Mutti's, but never remember seeing it.

One jar of Rao’s makes four 12” pizzas, and I always buy large quantities when it’s on sale, so “expensive” is relative (I make two pizzas every Saturday for our Pizza & Movie Night. My wife makes the dough from scratch). I’ll look for the Mutti’s, don’t think I’ve ever seen it locally.
