Favorite Vodka

Stoli would be my mainstay, but it's a bit pricey.
I like Skyy, not only for the vodka, but I have a project coming up for those blue glass bottles.

The wife came home with a bottle of this she found elsewhere.
Not bad at all, and I dig the theme.

I don't really like Vodka, I have a friend that I said this to a few years ago and he looked me square in the eyes and said "What are you a commie?". To this day it's one of my favorite situational quotes.

Tito's is a good daily driver. While back got a bottle of Kirkland/Costco "French" vodka. I'll be getting more. Not only I think it's pretty good, it also very reasonable in cost. I don't mind dropping some coin on good booze but, IMO, it's not necessary in this case.

I keep Absolut in the freezer for the GF. I will take a shot every now and then. With a piece of fruit in it. Like mandarin orange or grapefruit. I'm mostly a bourbon man myself. I do keep coconut vodka in the fridge to mix with pineapple juice. I'll have a pina colada on the rocks.

Once upon a time I would usually have on hand a couple bottles of Wódka Wyborowa, one "plain", other infused with (black) peppercorns -- called "pertsovka" in Ukrainian and Russian. Both bottles were kept in the freezer. That was a long time ago, don't think I've had a taste of "little water" since the early 1990s.

On occasion I make my own pepper vodka. Typically stick a cayenne pepper or two and a tablespoon of whole black peppercorns in a 750. Let it sit for a week or so. Not too long though else it can get a little bitter, from the peppercorns I think.

After the week or so I decant off the infused vodka and enjoy. Works nicely in Bloody Mary and/or Caesar too.

Sounds delicious.

I like Tower vodka, a private label from Total Wine. As good as Tito's, still a texas corn based vodka. Also like Deep Eddy another texas corn vodka. Buy everything in case quantity from Total Wine
