Five guys arrested at Five Guys restaurant

Haven't been to a Five Guys in years. The one out here made some really tasty burgers and fries.
Two adults and three juveniles, looks like someone may be charged with a felony. By now everyone should know, If you're over 18 and want to beat-up on teenagers, don't do it in public.

I might have been wrong on the felony charges since Florida defines affray as a first degree misdemeanor with no felony provisions involving minors. Apparently, affray is a more serious charge than misdemeanor assault.

Seems like there was a time when if nobody was injured and property wasn't damaged, the police just broke it up and told everybody to go home. I've been in a few scuffles in my teens and early twenties. Never initiated or was part of a group who did, but the only arrests made were those who started it and once when some dumb ass had a knife. Waving it around and acting tough. Nearly **** his pants when a police officer drew his sidearm. Guy wound up handcuffed and crying in the back of a cruiser. Not the good old days, the f--ked up old days.

"Charged with affray."
I would hate to have that on my record.

It's actually not that much of a problem, because nobody's ever heard of it; "It means I got caught with a little weed" -- "Oh, Ok then."

I do appreciate the sense of humor from the newsroom that's behind the article.
