Foam Grille Replacements

Good Afternoon, Was wondering if anyone out there could direct me to a company that carry's the 1" dense foam that was used on speakers back in the 60's and early 70's.

I'm also interested in this. I found one source via google, but it seemed awful expensive for foam. I also seem to remember that it was pre-cut in sizes that didn't work for what I needed them for anyway.

Foam

I buy a lot of foam from Joann fabric up to 3 inches thick. THey will cut it not usually black must be dyed. I also buy foam from Foam Factory.
