For All Mankind - best SciFi on TV today

This is the best Sci-fi on TV, an alternate history of events? That is not very imaginative.

The problem with sci-fi, whether it’s in print or on your TV, is that science has caught up with science fiction writing. There are no visionaries like Clarke, Asimov, and Niven were in their day.
 
Season II was interesting... Season III a bit strange... As a student of especially political history of the Cold War, I find this alterative take fascinating :)

And Alexander wept, for there were no more worlds to be conquered.

I dunno, man. Seems there is so much more we don't know, things SF writers might invest into. But admittedly, those 3 set a pretty high bar. Arthur's statement about how we're either alone in the universe, or we are not.....is one of the scariest things I've ever heard.

For me, to think we're alone is indeed very frightening. Because that type of scarcity in such an unimaginable void would have serious implications, and would make our eventual demise that much more horrible.

Also, if we are not alone, as I suspect, one must consider how well we integrate with each other. Not well, is what I mean, and another life form might find us intolerable.

But it would be cool to see the sky split with giant spacecraft. Fatal, perhaps, but cool.

Nah. If we tarry, I could see something similar to Firefly, where we undoubtedly will create our own monsters.

The last scene of the final episode... I wasn't expecting. o_O I thought she would have been dead. I do have to say, I didn't enjoy season 3 nearly as much as seasons 1 and 2.

Also spoiler alert: There is a ZERO possibility that a North Korean would be able to go to Mars undetected in ANY reality.
