found altec speaker, can anyone identify this ?

Hi, I found this speaker on an auction but don't know the model, can someone identify the model?

515 incorrectly reconed with non-Altec parts.

The quality magnet and chassis is what counts. That would make an excellent 30-60Hz subwoofer.

but 515's cant be run very hard (low excursion) and they only handle 75 watts so dont go blowing it up with a "1200 watt" car amp

He can hook it up to a 3000W car amp if he puts a KICKER logo sticker on it. Should work effortlessly
