I believe that is a forgone conclusion.

After distributing a few units to other AKers for shipping only (spreading the karma) I'm hoping that karma is being kind on its return trip.

Gotta love this place, huh? The membership here is like an extended family.
 
I would be there standing at the door when they open on Monday if it were in my town. And Yeah, there just might be a line.
 
There was a swap meet near here yesterday at a audio store. Held yearly. Guy told me there were 100 people in the store by 10 am, and some slept in their cars in the lot Friday night to get first dibs. He had about 150 pieces to sell , all were consignment. I'd say 2/3 were gone when I got there. Word gets around.

I had to make a play on this. Sadly my sister saw it going into a car trunk as she pulled into the parking lot. She also told me she intended to be there when they opened but stopped to look at Facebook as she left the house. Alas it was not meant to be. I have a great SX-1050 but would have liked to have the 1250 at a great price.

My hope is that an AKer has this and will enjoy it for years to come.
 
I was there since 9 and got in five minutes before they officially opened. Sorry about that Bailebc. It will go to a good home.
 
Yes, and since I was gonna sell it at a (massive) profit anyway and not keep it. I decided to send some good karma on the way of Watthour and pick it up and ship it for him. He offered a reasonable markup and that covered the costs of getting up in the morning and driving there along with any opportunity costs. So, you can congratulate him :)

You're a seriously cool guy. I hope everything works out for everybody involved! Let's hope it arrives safely, is easy to fix (or is not even broken) and everybody dances the happy dance. :thmbsp:

I totally agree, great job to pass it along. I have had some good scores in the past and don't mind missing this one. Most impotantly it is going to a good home and will be enjoyed.
