Grado Sonata w/ SME 3009 II or Improved?

Theoretically which tonearm is a better match for a Grado Sonata1 high output?

SME 3009 II with detachable headshell or 3009 improved with fixed headshell?

Grado have a lightly damped cantilever so it can get a bit "bouncy and jiggly" with a heavy arm. I'd use the one with the lower effective mass. I get confused with SME model numbers, so I can't remember which one of yours that would be.
