H.H. Scott anyone?

My rare Scott 433 tuner. One of the - if not THE - first synthesized FM tuners. Tunes via punch cards or by station search.

I recently picked up some H.H. Scott S-11-1 and i cant seem to find any info about the H.H Scott brand (Haven’t looked very thoroughly) and am curious if any else has info about the brand or even just experience with them and if so what are those experiences like.
Just going off the build quality they don't seem to be a cheap brand (I could be wrong) and the sound quality (too me) is great.
Any info on the brand H.H. Scott is welcomed and appreciated, feel free to explain stuff to me as if i am ignorant.

Does anybody know who owned HH Scott in the early 80s before Emerson…speaker engineers ….etc

According to wikipedia, Hermon Scott retired in 1972. HH Scott terminated it's production in October 1972. Looks like the company was tied up in bankruptcy court until January 1973 when SYMA International Brussels,Belgium acquired the company and held it till Emerson bought it in 1985.
