Not white van! Those are pretty rare, and very sought after. $100 is an absolute steal by the way! I've seen a few over here on ebay going for 10 times that. Run!

A very serious speaker, and I believe the woofer is transmission line loaded. But the styrofoam/foil sandwich woofer is heavy and not well balanced so tends to sad on the suspension, and so stop working. Rotating it 180 degrees might do the trick, in which case you'd have a major deal. Otherwise, its a hassle to repair, but still probably worth it.
