Happy Father's Day to all the AK Father's here.

My father and father in law are deceased and I miss them both.

I woke up early this morning as usual and have been sitting outside enjoying the cool weather and a cup of coffee. Thinking of what I needed to do today and remembered it was fathers day. My dad passed away back in 01 and spent several minutes thinking about him and all that he taught me by example. This was interrupted by my oldest son calling me to wish me a happy fathers day! A great way to start the day.

I miss my dad when special times come around like this, but his memory I hold dear shall never fade.

Having a great father's day, partially because my son's NOT here.

Yep, he graduated from college with an electrical engineering degree on Saturday, June 11th and started a new career of Monday, June 13th. Wish he was here, but glad he's where he's at.

To add to that, our daughter just found out that she has been accepted to the same college our son attended pending review of her final transcripts. She'll be 4 hours away from us, but within 30 minutes of our son. SWEET!!!

Happy father's day to ALL AK father's.

My father is hard of hearing and has a lot of trouble understand music lyrics or talking on the television. He's finding out that the 301 Series IV's that I just dragged in and plugged into his television are a lot easier to understand then the TV speakers

.....RamblinE, bless you for doing that for your hard of hearing father....he'd probably fight a grizzly bear to keep those Bose 301 speakers.....
