Harman Kardon Citation 16 Neon Pilot Lamp replacement help

Help I am looking to replace the neon channel power indicators in my citation 16 with red LEDs. one of the channels is currently flickering or out. also if someone has a Citation 17 I have a question about what value resistors you have for r1-3 on the power supply board. any help is appreciated.

I just got a couple ne-2 neons and some resistors and rebuild the lamps. 30 cents each for parts a dab of glue to close up the lamp when done. Can't even see the stitches, had a good nurse.
 
yes, the correct resistors for the neon selected. There are resistors in the lamp assemblies of the Cit 19. The resistor value is called out in the spec sheet for the bulb.

Any NE-2 with wire leads designed for the electrical specs of the lamps on your amp and that fit are fine. The 19 sent wall voltage to the lamps as they are across the input to the transformer. So I selected a 95V unit. This is the breakdown voltage for the lamp.
