Harman Kardon System

I just picked this system up yesterday on a whim. It is an HK TU911 tuner, PM665 amp, EQ8 equalizer and TD 303 cassette deck. Now the big question ..... did I do good for $65.00 for the whol system? All 4 pieces are Harman Kardon. I have not hooked it up yet so I'm hoping it all works.

You did verrry good.
Now, get some Advent, Boston or Celestion or another
''hard to drive'' speakers and you'll ear what guts that amplifier has.

Love that line of HK. Pic of my PM 655 running Boston A-400. This Buddy
has non-original speaker selector knob, but, has guts like no other :thmbsp:

Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!! I got it all hooked up and connected to a set of no name speakers I had laying around. Even with the crappy speakers it sounds great. I'm glad I took the chance on it. Now I need to find some good speakers and it's going in the office.

That's awesome! I'm glad it works, it's a tremendous feeling when something like that powers right up and works like it's supposed to.

One thing you should do, though, if even just as a preventative measure: De-Oxit. Read through one of the stickies if you've never done it before. It's a piece of cake and can solve/prevent tons of problems.

Good luck with your new system, and congratulations again!
