It is part of his schtick. He was reviewing Canons, hard to do with Nikons.

DigitalRev is great, I've been a fan of theirs for a while now. The shoot a wedding on a 20 pound budget was hilarious....When he said he was switching to a soft focus lens (on the disposable he was using) and then just breathed into the lens...couldn't stop laughing. Great stuff.
