Headshell-Cartridge combo question

My fingers and eyesight make it difficult to properly setup a cart. Would this preassembled unit work for me?

It's an audio-technica vm95e/h.
My tt is technics sl23.

The cartridge can be moved in the headshell for proper alignment so it will work. Might need to have the screws loosened a scosch, the cartridge moved to the correct alignment by the gauge, measurement or protractor and then tightened. Then mount and balance it on the arm and good to go.

And using the Technics 52mm alignment protocol, even without the gauge, it's possible to get a decent setup.
