Headshell connectors question (Thorens TD 150 II)

Hi, recently purchased a Thorens TD 150 II on the cheap and now notice the headshell connectors are all a bit of a mess - badly soldered, etc.:

I'm a novice and wondered if anyone had an opinion on whether I'm losing much, sound-wise. I just put that Audio Technica cartridge in and, to my ears at least, it sounds great, even with one connector lead (green) hanging on by a thread.

Any suggestions very welcome!
