Headshells ???

What type of Headshell do I need to get to use and mount my new Shure M75 M75ED TYPE2 cartridge onto my LAB 440 Realistic Turn table.

The pics of your turntable show it has a straight tonearm, so will need a headshell designed for those arms (it has the offset angle built into the arm). Don't get the generic standard ("SME") style headshell (eg. the DJ/Technics headshells).

For the Realistic turntable any of the replacement straight-arm headshells available should be OK to use (eg. from amazon, ebay, hifi stores). You won't hear any benefits from expensive/exotic headshells on your turntable.
 
Look for a CEC straight tone arm headshell. They are quite common. CEC is the manufacturer for that Realistic turntable.

It might be worth noting if the pins are in the headshell and sockets are in the arm or if it's the other way around. I've seen straight tonearms with both arrangements.
