I'm in Burlington, but I went sledding down the Lincoln Gap two weeks ago! And go down to Waitsfield/Warren every summer to go swimming.

Wow, sledding the Lincoln Gap sounds amazing... driving it in a car is gnarly! Mad River used to have inner tubes on the practice slope, that was a hoot.

You aren't kidding about driving on it! My friend and I got stuck up there a few winters ago trying to get to a birthday party. No tow trucks were willing to come up, so we were stuck for some hours in the middle of the night before we finally managed to get any traction to turn around. If I recall correctly, he never drove on the gap again.
