Thanks for the welcome, I have gear....of sorts...
NAD 3020i amp (bought when I was a teenager in the 90s and recently dusted off, working well!)
NAD 5420 cd player (random find in a charity shop for £15 - the display doesnt work, but plays well)
Mission 700 speakers (also bought in late 90s, or maybe early 2000s cant remember)
Technics SLB210 turntable (bought recently simply for something cheap to play my old vinyl on - this probably lets the set-up down a bit! I've upgraded the cartridge /stylus to an AT which has helped it)
Ultimately I'd like to upgrade all of the above, but like many people at the moment...money is tight haha
Looking to get a pair of sub £100 headphones soon but I'll post a separate thread about that, since this is the introduction thread

Take yer time...wait for estate sales,
even garage ones. Shipping can be a killer.(damage/cost)
Try to avoid online for TT's unless from a company...
Check out the AK "HP" forum as there's been
quite a bit info in yer price range.
Personally I'm waiting for the
ANKER Q30 that reviews well.
