Help for a Marantz 2110 Tuner

Does anyone have an extra transformer for the scope? I was told that transformer was kaput. Can it be repaired? I recently picked up a Marantz 250 amp, 2110 tuner, 3200 pre amp. Any help would be appreciated.

Look for a business that rewinds transformers.

Doubtful the transformer is shot. Many times Marantz put thermal fuses in their transformers, they go open sometimes.

To check this you can remove some of the tape around the coil and see if the fusible link is then exposed.

I tried this with a '90s Sansui power amp. They buried the fuse deep inside. Like a built in time bomb. I havnt looked at another later model Sansui since.
