Once you can determine what's actually inside the cabinets . . . you may find they sound superb on acoustic guitar, cello, jazz, while the lack of bass might make you prefer you 4312b for louder rock.
If there's a crossover on the back panel, they are at least 2-way. If you shine a flashlight through the front grille and see an aluminum dust-cap, they most likely have a D130. Pretty easy to make a determination with just a little more information.
So it's an auction, right? Or tag sale? The legs aren't bringing as much as they used to. It would seem nearly everyone who wanted them already found some. Maybe a couple of hundred for all eight legs. Let us know when they've stuck a price on them. I see many such 030 loads in larger C35 and C37 cabinets with asking prices around $1200. That doesn't mean they sound better than what you could do with that kind of money. I'd say at around $600 you might want to give it a whirl.
