Help On Vintage Speaker Identification

Need help with identification. They are 8" and actually sound good. Not sure if this is simply a loudspeaker or belongs in some speaker cabinet. Any help is appreciated. Only marking on paper cone is 61D7.

Yeah, they are cool. Wonder if that's a standard thread used on 1 inch drivers?
