That video is of a Grado cartridge. The wiring is different layout than an Ortofon 2M series.

Your video is precisley my problem with the hum from my debut carbon evo. I'm yet to try the second ground wire to a radiator option - cannot believe it needs that, but your video shows it works.
I was just about to try cleaning the ports so i will hold off from that.
Did you fix your channel sound issue? Did connecting the second ground wire have any link to this - for example if you went back to no ground link to the radiator did this bring sound back to the channel?
