Help with my CR-620

I have that picture but it’s not helping me. The tuning gear and shaft came apart. I think that this is what’s giving me the hard time. I don’t think that I put it back together the right way. There’s a AK member from Groton, Ma that will fix it for me if I bring it to him. I need to arrange a good time for me to bring it to him. Thanks for your help.
