Help with speaker ID

Does anyone know what these are?

I've tried to ID them to no avail.

Two possible options.

You can't ID them, because they are most likely a speaker of questionable parentage. The name Soundesign comes to mind. That "horn" is most likely hiding a cone tweeter or a vent. I would bet the walls of the box are paper thin.

Or, they may be custom-made, with a real horn and a good bass/mid hidden under the foam.

Sealy nailed it. They probably came packaged with a low-cost all-in-one system like Juliette, Soundesign or such.
