Technics Speaker ID Help

Take a naked photo (grill removed) could help as well as a shot of the backside. Why does this sound so nasty?

Someone just shared a pic of their listening space and their speakers were almost identical. I just can't remember the model number or whose space it was....

If I remember though, they were better than the typical rack speakers of the day. Sorry, I'm probably not much help.

I'm trying to help a buddy and that's all he had. I'm thinking SB-CX500 myself? I wonder what they are worth? Not much out there on these.

Although there might be exceptions,i think most of the tower types aren't some of Technics better models,but maybe not total crap either.

I'm thinking sb A51's . Dual 12" woofer with a vented Port on the bottom. Actually disregard that last part, it's obviously not those. I did have a set of the CBR 77's that were quite nice for what they were
