Hi from LA

[Balaszi]

Hi, I'm a live sound engineer from Los Angeles...Kinda new to vintage audio, my gear addiction has crept into hifi stereos as well! Great site, thanks for all the great info.

Welcome to AK. This is always a pleasant stop on the Internet.

Welcome to AK. It's interesting to me, a 50 yr old, you're a sound engineer without much exposure (is that right?), to vintage audio. No disrespect. Born and raised in the digital age, I guess. That's great. :thmbsp:

[Balaszi]

I should have clarified a little bit more...I've had plenty of exposure to older pa's, stage monitors, mixers, effects, etc...just not so much on the home audio vintage hi-fi.

Welcome to AK. There is a nice mix of discussion about both vintage and new gear on the various forums. I hope you enjoy it around here.

Welcome to AK . Did you bring the beer...

Welcome. I used to spend some time in LA when I was working, loved eating dinner at the Charthouse over by Malibu. You have a great town there.

[cableguy]

welcome aboard
