How much have you spent on vinyl?

I would have to say that I probably spent close to $500 over the course 10 years for my records and I have probably close to 350 of them. Most of my records I paid between 25 cents to a dollar for, and I've also gotten a bunch of freebies over the years as well. All 88 of my 45s I have were freebies and most of them are still in VG+ to Near Mint condition and worth at least $250-$500 a piece (going by what someone told me about some of the records and who and what were on them), I also have at least 2 dozen E. Power Biggs LPs that are probably worth about $80-$100 of which 3/4 of them are in near mint condition, and then I have an early Vienna Boys Choir Christmas Album that from what I was told is worth at least $500-$1,000 and its in Near Mint condition as well. And most of those aforementioned albums I had only paid between 25 cents to a dollar for them at the thrift store. I also have some Early RCA Victor 78 RPM 12" albums that are in Near Mint condition as well (not sure of a value on them seeing as they are 78s and there isn't as much demand for 78 albums as there are for 12" LP albums) and I also have numerous early Columbia LP 12" albums from the middle to latter half of the 1950s which from some of my research has told me are worth between $25-$75 a piece. And so much more.

I haven't done a count lately but it's 7000+ records. Lately I've been buying a lot of CD's. CD's are at give away prices. It reminds me of when people were getting rid of their records.

Hard to say. I started buying them in the late 50S at about $4 each. I've a few at $15-16, cutouts at maybe $3-5 and used ones at $1-6 each. I've subscribed to about 3 collections no idea how much that cost. I have about 18 feet of vinyls. I'd guess a few thousand. So I put 1-5K$, could be more.
