Actually the turntable looks like one of the denons with the electronic tracking force and Q, and the cartridge looks like it might be a Signet. If so, not entry level, least not in the usual sense of the phrase.
But not an inviting ad, nor a price to make the hassles worth it.

Perhaps what they meant is "no cherry picking". You can't go through and pick out albums you want - all or nothing. I think for them to expect somebody to hand them money for items sight unseen is a little ridiculous. They could be crazy though.
