Hi so I been trying to figure out how would I connect my 2 crown amplifiers plus my subwoofer amplifier which is from Dayton Audio it is the Dayton Audio SA1000 Subwoofer Amplifier Rack Mountable? And so it would be getting connected to my computer which yes it does have a sound card that I installed 1 year ago sounds great but the reason why i'm doing this so I can stop the issues with using a home theater receiver it's just too much pain the butt for connecting this pro audio stuff to.

What Crown amplifiers? It will make a difference.

Also necessary for a useful suggestion is what other equipment do you have? If you have two two-channel amps, which are bridgeable, and speakers that cannot be bi-wired you go monoblock bridged one to a channel. If you have bi-ampable speakers, and two two-channel amplifiers, and a crossover or DSP, you run amps in stereo, one for high-frequency and one for low. Are the amps the same model or different, etc., etc.

Are you using this for 2-channel plus sub or for surround?

What's your problem with the HT setup?

Use of pro amps with HT is not uncommon at all. I do it myself.

And, yes, as Saturation mentioned, please list the specific gear when asking for help.

I use Crown XLi 2500 for my main speakers it's just plain 2 channel sound, Crown XLi800 for my party pa speakers, Dayton Audio SA1000 Subwoofer Amplifier Rack Mountable I planned on getting soon to use a Dayton Audio RSS315HO-4 12" Reference HO Subwoofer with it I don't not own it yet but will soon. And I use a Yamaha rx v1000, and then my sound card; sound blaster z. What I'm looking to do now as I can never seem to make my mind up on what I will do now I am wanting to do is get myself a graphic equalizer for pro audio but I see some of them have a subwoofer out but that subwoofer amplifier I planned to get has rca in and rca out well those graphic equalizer don't have that they use xlr and well the subwoofer amplifier is my only problem now i'm running into and NO I will not use a pro audio subwoofer I used one before and it did not go low enough for me.
