Hum in Pioneer SA5300

Post the voltage differences first and we can see which way it needs to go (if it does at all). I'll get a picture of the capacitor tomorrow.
 
Here are the pictures - showing which capacitor shouldn't be put back in and where the other one should be tacked in under the PCB. Let this be a lesson - always take photographs when you're working on a things! Only reason I figured it out was by looking back at the pictures I'd taken while rebuilding. You'd be surprised how often manufacturers tack things across under PCBs.

EDIT: The little yellow film cap is not required - That's just a film cap across the main filter capacitor above but that has nothing to do with hum. Its the 'lytic we're concerned with here.
