It is a D-9 without question. A DX-9 only had one midrange driver Plus a different tweeter. PD-9 has what appears to be a reverse baffle plus a ribbed woofer cone not to mention a cloth surround.

Make sure you check the surrounds on the woofers. They look faded and on Cerwin Vegas that usually means the foam is about to fail. If you have to have someone replace them it will cost about $40 ea. Or you can do it yourself for less than half of that.
 
for 150 that sounds like a good deal. The surrounds probably need replaced, but thats cheap and easy to do. These speakers sound amazing to me......

Only way to explain the way they sound is they slap your face off. Loud, punchy, and in your face. Sound VERY good with rock music....
