The local recycling center I sometimes find stuff at often has large (dishwasher-sized) cardboard cartons FULL of mostly brand-new wires like those, along with various computer cables and power cords. You can buy them by the pound, at the going rate for copper scrap. If you just want one or two, the guy may just say "take them".

Maybe I should buy a box full, and start posting ads like that one. At five bucks apiece selling price for something I only pay a few cents for, I'll have one of hte highest mark-ups in retail--hundreds of percent! I"LL BE RICH! :banana:

One lady at the GW auction always buys the lots of wires and cables. She's given me a couple power cords before. There are always unopened RCA cables and tons of coax.
