These are from the 70’s and branded IC.

Prolly a 6CG7. It seems to have the interplate shield. Both 6CG7 and 6FQ7 are interchangeable.

It's a Sylvania, what's the problem?

Probably nothing.

As others have said, "Sylvania". The font and ink are very typical of Sylvania.

I believe EH makes their own. Usually the clue is pointy pins. US and European tube pins tend to be more rounded ends.

Note the shape and structure of the EH getter ring.

Yeah that too, the Russian and Soviet often have that flying saucer getter ring.
