Zenith i think, or one of a few facsimiles. Nothing particularly special beyond a bit unique.

Cheap and cheerful single driver (Utahs in the pairs I've seen) that fires upward into a deflector that makes them omnidirectional, sort of. Oddly good speakers outdoors. But worth about a tenth of the asking price -- a reular dump find.
