Identification Help

Looking for some help ID'ing these...don't know a lot about speakers, the look intrigued me, tried to identify it by the round red logo, but short of the old RCA logo I came up empty. Thanks in advance.

Might be branded Candle.

They look like very low quality speakers, I suspect there's nothing behind the horns or at most a cone tweeter.
