Infinity SM-155 speakers on CL

[rjohn]

Not my listing and I know nothing about them. I couldn't find any reference to these on AK and there is no picture so it's really a crap shoot.

Not one of Infinity's better offerings, and WAY overpriced. For that price, they should have the more desirable EMIT tweeters, poly woofers, and oak veneered cabinets.

Agree on the price being too high - should be under $200, closer to $100. But thats for the folks that know what is what.

Might make an offer for $150 and see if the seller bites, then RUN and get them.

They should be good for HT since they are very efficient/easy to drive.

I've got 255s - sound good in my HT system.

Cheers,

Bob

I had some SM series speakers. LOUD-that's the only good thing I can say. Otherwise nothing spectacular.
And $300 is waaaay too much.
