Just for the record I wanted to share article.
I thought it was a good read. If you disagree with any or all I'm not looking to open a new war ( we've seen plenty here and it's pretty much all been said and done. Up front let us be able to agree to disagree in peace.

More money spent doesn't guarantee a better experience. YMMV.

That's a very good article in my opinion. Just the facts ma'am, just the facts.

When blind testing proved that the vast majority of the myths claimed by "audiophile experts" were bunk, these "audiophile experts" came up with equally specious arguments as to why blind testing is invalid. It was so easily predicted they would do that.

The one thing I always hated to hear was "There was a night and day difference". There are very few things in reasonably quality equipment that will show that, IMHO.
I DID read one article....not sure if I can find it again...where one guy in one of those 'blind test' posts about cables consistently picked an expensive power cable over the others, but did not do the same with several signal or speaker cables. Go figure. After reading that, I quit making fun of audiophiles saying they can hear the difference between cables. Apparently some can.

just what the world needs, even more poorly compliled, AI slop.

I don't think any such list should be taken seriously, unless the author has actually tried all of the things mentioned. Even then, it would be purely subjective. Audio science becomes irrelevant once the sound reaches the ears.

And nobody has the same hearing!!
