I happen to be on a work trip in Sarasota Fl right now, and just looked this up on Google. This is specific to the Sarasota FL area:

"Mid-Scale Full-Service / Aparthotels (e.g., select select-service/extended hybrids with pools, gyms, and dining options like Embassy Suites or local boutique aparthotels): Average $120 to $220+ per night before negotiation, scaling to $2,500 to $4,500+ per month."

That's within the ballpark mentioned.
