JBL 100 Grille

Help please. I want to make my own grilles that look like the JBL 100's grilles. The ones that have the Quadrex foam squares. All I need is the amount of material I need and where to purchase it. Thanks to all in advance.

There are very nice reprods on the Bay or, member sonofagun here, makes awesome ones!.

I picked up a pair with some kind of weird aftermarket foam job. Sounds OK, but even this is probably decades old and looks pretty ratty. As mentioned, easier said than done. Still worth a shot. Pretty amazing what can be done with tech these days. Hoping for a cheap 3d printed solution eventually.

I got mine from the guy on ebay from Camas,Washington-they are very nice! He now sells the entire front frame with the new foam grilles and JBL logos too! Mine are the burnt orange-its like going back to 1976

The burnt orange is what I'm hoping to find as well. Will check Camas now and thanks.
