That's a more than fair deal . I've had mine for 3 months and couldn't be happier with them. If those were close to me I'd be buying another set.

Based on Zilch's review of these, I wouldn't mind a pair either. Supposedly these are MUCH better than the L100s. More balanced.

I have their big brothers, 4412A, as well as L96 and L80T. Someone go get them, quickly! And don't ever mention these in the same sentence as the L100 again! (Please?)

I am #2 in line according to the seller. #1buyer is supposed to be picking them up on Tuesday. We will see (I offered in my initial email that I could be down there tomorrow) but apparently the seller will wait for #1 to show or not, as it should be. Thanks again Ghonk! Btw I passing on the Dynaco...

Damn fine speaker, very good price. An excellent imaging speaker and you will not be disappointed.

The 035Tia tweeter (original) won't be cheap, and not sure about dust-caps, but at least the foam is easy to find.

Good luck, hope you get them!

the #1st guy picked up, so no joy for me! But thanks Greg for alerting all of us to these local bargains!

Honestly it was a good deal, but about a $400-$500 speaker on the auction site if you are patient.

These needed a new 035Tia diaphragm, ... NLA so you would need to buy either used or Chinese in which case you'd need to replace in pairs to come close to matching ($$?), could buy dustcaps for around $15/ea. and foam surrounds for $25 shipped, so you're getting close to the $400.

Personally I'd look for a pair without pushed-in dustcaps and dented tweeter, I'm have more confidence in a non-abused pair with OE tweeters, even if it did cost you a few extra bucks.
