Johnny/Edgar Winter this saturday?...Should I GO?

I'm seriously thinkin this is probably the last shot I'll have at EVER seeing these guys on Stage.
Wondering what peoples opinions are if this is a MUST GO SEE or not?

Was listening to my fav local radio show yesterday....I called in and won the New Johnny Winter CD....!
He's evidently SOBER now (however still frail and 90% blind).
But supposedly able to perform alot better than in the recent past when he was still using/drinking.

What a line-up! I'd be there. Johnny's in frail health and don't look too hot. I wonder if he can still rock the house?

JDW III's blindness means nuthin', he ain' seen well in 40 years. All touch, man. His sobriety can be an issue in performance. I think the presence of lil bro EW will keep J in check. I'd risk the $$ and go see & hear him before that's no longer an option. )-:
 
'cept for the tattoos. and guitar choices, though i don' know he can wield a whole Firebird III any more.

I don't Andy, there was that early/mid '70s period with the fringed leather jackets, high boots and swingin' long white heair when he looked pretty cool. Not good, perhaps, but cool. Thing around the Johnny Winter And phase...1973-ish?
 
Yes. Go. Kim better play "Tell Mama". This is an amazing lineup of electric blues guys that won't be around forever.

That's when I saw him. Top hat and long black coat!!

I suspect that there may be some "Louisiana Blues" during Kim's part....
