Johnny/Edgar Winter this saturday?...Should I GO?

I've seen Edgar, Johnny and Rick. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Plus West. Are you kidding?

I would see any of them individually! Saw Leslie about a month or so ago and he was amazing! If you don't go, we may have to search your back yard for pods. :)

That's great! I will be going when they hit Westchester NY.
Been busy I see. Last time I saw Tears for Fears was in the Lowes hotel in Orlando. Good but ear splitting.
How was the BT(o) and Foghat show? I never got to see Foghat, yet.

Make sure you update us on the show Monday!
I may or may not go here. I watched some recent Johnny videos and he did a lot of the old rock and rolly stuff which isn't my favorite part of his work. Kim Simmonds hits a small club here about twice a year (as does Leon Russell), so maybe I'll just wait until then when he'll have the whole night and stage to himself.

That should be a truly great show, if Johnny pulls out Mean Town Blues you're in for a treat. Enjoy and let us know how the show was!

Foghat opened and to be truthful....The x-Ted Nugent Lead singer just didn't do it for me.....Music was spot on...but vocals were weak.

Bachman Turner....AMAZING, goose-bumps, crowd was waaaay into it.
Fred Turner's voice was spot on....Randy Bachman tore it up, and the setlist was a complete journey back to 1975. Awesome to see these guys.
Check em out on Youtube you can see alot of this recent tour there!

For the Johnny Edgar Winter show....I'm taking my 1963 Polaroid loaded with Black and White film which gives some amazing pictures! Very small venue at the Grove of Anaheim (1700 seats)

I am also waiting for your review. I saw Edgar in the Seventies with Alice Cooper and Doctor John at Cobo Hall In Detriot in 72 and Johnny in 82, also in Detroit. Both did a great job I will never forget.
