anyone know tube type and the brand of the tube?

No way to tell really from that fuzzy picture. It could be a preamp with 4 signal tubes and maybe a rectifier? Or a couple of signl tubes and a couple of small output tubes. No way to really tell what the tubes are or the brands.
The single tube at the rear could be some dual pentode?

My guess: from right to left: Pair of 12AT7, Pair of 6BQ5, 5V4 ST shaped rectifier.
