Looks like speakers from a mid-eighties package rack system. Definitely NOT Marantz's finest stuff. And only one woofer (poorly) refoamed??? :thumbsdn:

Bum deal

Its a bum/shady deal anyway. Seller claimed they sold but what happened is he did not get what he was wanting from them and rigged the sale. He is going to re-list them and try again. This happens so much on EBay.

Yeah they were great party speakers, today if you want to party outside or tailgate they're great (at a low price) that way you don't care if some one spills beer on 'em or knocks em over. I had a bunch of the Kenwood models and they are sold to college kids ... hmmmmm ... they loved em/
NOT for the listening room for sure. Those were too expensive .... if that was a legit sale.

Those look like a pair that was at a thrift here about a month or so.$25 with 15 inch woofers is what iremember.They were gone the next day.Marantz stuff sells.Regardless of the quality.
