Kensonic Accuphase C-200 Chassis Tingle

Hi Accuphase experts, I’ve noticed on my Accuphase C-200 the chassis has a tingle when you touch it while its on, its a two prong plug version, any suggestions what could be causing this and where I can look to track down the fault? I see someone has replaced the IEC socket at some point and removed the GND pin and there is no earth connected. Thankyou

I think these preamps are intended for 2 prong only but It's possible that the IEC connector was wired incorrectly and the side intended for neutral was connected to live instead. Is the power cord polarized so it only plugs in one way? If not, simply turn it around to see if the tingling subsides.
